Do you see NDIS funded participants?
Yes, individuals with self-managed or plan-managed funding can reclaim fees for service. As Eloveate Clinical Psychology and Wellness is not NDIA-approved, you will be unable claim your psychology fees from your NDIS funding if it is managed by the NDIA.
Do I need a referral to see a psychologist?
You do not need a referral. You can make an appointment with our psychologist without a referral from your GP or a Psychiatrist. However, please be aware that Medicare rebates do not apply for self-referred sessions.
How long are sessions with a psychologist?
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. You can request a longer appointment if required which will be charged at an additional rate.
Does Eloveate Clinical Psychology and Wellness have a cancellation policy?
Yes, a cancellation policy does apply to non attendance and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the full-fee for this session. Please note that Medicare and private health funds do not provide rebates for cancelled or unattended appointments.
